But I was on the river trail today down towards Memorial park west and I saw a boy maybe 11 years old -looked like a Lakota boy -holding a live Canadian goose -seemed like he had caught it somehow and was on his way home with it. I felt bad for the goose but thrilled for the boy. Just not something you see everyday. I felt that had he been Caucasian I might have asked him what he was doing with it.
