[Arena] Button combo locks everything on my PC????

I was playing some arena and accidentally hit Alt+R which I thought whatever it just took out my mag, but if fucking locked my entire game up. I literally couldn’t do anything. My mouse didn’t respond, none of my key binds responded. If I spammed alt + R I can scoot forward one step at a time, but that’s fucking it. It doesn’t even let me tab out of the game. I have to manually power off my pc with the power but to get out of it. It happens every time. I tried it again, twice, just to make sure and it happened both times.
