Is it worth it to go for the security breach in the skill tree?

I feel like I have the worst luck when it comes to finding BP's. I'm level 34, and I have found like 4, and 4 mediocre ones at that. Is being able to breach the security lockers worth it? Do they have higher chances of spawning BP's? Are they better in night raids?
