Are the Rolls at The Wake Available For Brunch and Dinner

Hello, my fellow cruisers. I didn't nab a reservation for evening/dinner hours at The Wake. I'm assuming the opportunity may arise once I'm on the ship. (You all have trained me well on that.) I'm really in it for those roll. The internet has informed me that the steak is the best at Pink Agave, but the rolls at The Wake look too good to miss. I have a brunch reservation at The Wake. I looked at the menu for The Wake on VVInsider, but the rolls are not on the menu. Are these rolls served during both brunch and dinner or just dinner? Also, in general, it's been hella hard to get reservations for 7+ people on the app. For reservations of parties larger than six, is it necessary to make a request once on board?
