Doctor appointment executive assistant?

Anyone have experience using a professional to go with Parkinson's patient to appointments and setting up zoom call?

My Dad has Parkinson's coordinating and going to appointments often takes a lot of time for Mom wondering if there is someone who can be hired to go to follow ups and pull Mom into Zoom with doctor?
