Are MAT long answer questions becoming more and more "logic" based since the new format?

I've looked at the papers from the past two years, and the long answer questions don’t seem to be very calculation-intensive at all. There also seems to be almost no calculus or geometry on the papers. Is this a trend in MAT papers going forward? Since the paper has moved entirely online and everything must be typed, does this mean there will be less calculus or geometry content in the future, since those typically involve more calculations and are harder to type out? (I mean solely for the two long answer questions)
