Hey So, like I don't cut, But my partner does, I've known for a while, and I tried to keep him calm Atleast for my knowledge so he doesn't have to need to, but I'm friday, he told me he was cutting my name all over his body, I just wanna be able to help him feel better.

He told me this over text btw I think he was having an episode, because he's pretty suicidal he was trying to attempt yesterday but I talked him out of it, But some times he really don't like listening to me, when he told me about the cutting my name and stuff, I told him how uncomfortable it made me to have my name like that, because tbh, to me I feel like it's connecting to something negative with it not being healthy and honestly scary for me, would it be wrong if me to bring this thing up with his parents, or better yet, when something like that happens I'd like to know what to say so he Knows he's not alone, I just love him so much, and hurting himself like this just leaves me lost and confused can I have helpp, please. I'm 19 and he's 17 btw.
