Did Robert and Mandy have actual time for relationships before meeting each other?

Like, I know she had P-Man before that, but before P-Man we cant know for sure, thing is, Robert mentions to P-Man in the parking lot scene that he once went trough a break up and felt like shit, just like P-Man was feeling at that moment, so, did robert actually have time in those past 15ys being MM for any relationships? Same question goes for Mandy
