Scary books?

I want to read a book that will actually scare me. I've read all of Stephen King's works and nothing even came close to making me tense, I honestly want to read something that will scare me. I love the horror genre in all styles and media so I would love any recommendations on books that actually scared you. Bonus points for what scared you in it or about it
