Any suggestions for my Listening?

I've recently got my Toefl score,and my Listening part score 24,which means I have reached the threshold of C1 level. However,I found myself bouncing around at this--I am struggling finding suitable materials to improve my Listening.My friend has recommended Science American podcast to me,but I could hardly understand it because it's too hard for me (people speaks too fast).
