Fantasy trade advice

I traded Scottie Barnes for Karl Anthony-towns

For some context I’m in a higher scoring 8 man head to head espn fantasy league where they average around the same (66.3 for Barnes 65.3 for KAT). I’m in dire need of a center as my only other one currently is AD, and I have a ton of other forwards to help soften the loss of Scottie Barnes. I just question did I make the right move?
