Desperately looking for clip

There's a bit Mark did in one video at some point where his verbal orders were very 180° back and forth that my husband and I were dying over and constantly quoting, and yet neither of us can seem to find or remember which video it is from.

It's where Mark says something similar to "Just do it! ...but DON'T!" or any other matching frame work (my husband and I have adapted the bit to so many things now that we can't remember the exact original quote). The whole bit was very reminiscent of the other popular quote of "sit down and stand up!!".

Please help, I feel insane (╯︵╰,)
