Pampers swaddles size 8 fitting question

I’m a smaller girl, actually too small so that most adult diapers won’t fit me as they are too big in the waist, but I feel like I’m probably too big for baby diapers. Has anyone in here tried the pampers size 8, and if so, what is your waist/ hip measurements lol. I’m trying to figure out if they are big enough to fit me or not!
