I need a pizza sauce, pizza dough and pizza toppings recommendations

Hi guys, I work for a reastaruant, the previous chef left. I have my own recipes, for them. Plus recipes from the last chef. I could really use for advice for extra insights into getting, a thicker crust, more robust flavor of sauce that's chucker and a decent cheese mix. I want to provide the best pizzas possible. Please let me know.
