Remote Work

Is it just my office, or are other places feeling kind of weird about remote work lately? There haven’t been any announcements or anything, but the vibes have been… off. A bunch of us are feeling a bit nervous and can’t really tell why. It just feels shaky right now.

We currently have two WFH days, but honestly most of us could easily do our jobs from home three days a week without any issues. We’re always willing to come in on our WFH days if something comes up, so a third day doesn’t feel unreasonable.

Just wondering:

• Are other offices feeling this too?
• Has anyone actually banded together and successfully pushed for more remote days?
• Is there a smart way to go about doing that through the union?

Just curious what others are experiencing and if there’s a better way to approach this than us all quietly stressing in our cubicles lol.
