Garlic Knots Already Cooked??

So my family gets Papa Murphy's almost weekly, and we always get the garlic knots. Today we got home, and the garlic knots were precooked? I usually cook them so they're still a little doughy and not dry, but these were fully cooked and seemed very dry. We called the store and they told us they've always come that way and to get the cheesy bread if we wanted to cook it ourselves? I'm confused cuz I've always gotten them uncooked and the packaging literally says it's raw and to cook it??? Anybody else have this experience? I'm just very confused why I've never noticed it before.
