Your package could not be delivered.

Hey all,

A package I ordered with a few Christmas gifts from Dallas, TX has seemingly stopped moving on December 1st. I now have the following message:

Your package could not be delivered. For further assistance, please contact the merchant from whom you purchased the item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I reached out to the merchant (Bath and Body Works) who seems to think the package is still on the way. They also informed me that several of the items I ordered are now out of stock.

Do I have any hope in ever receiving this package? :( This is a first for me so I’m a little lost. Any guidance is appreciated.
