Pelvic rest

I am 32+2, at last measurement (8 weeks ago) my cervix was 1.3cm. No cerclage but vaginal progesterone, limited activity, and total pelvic rest. Curious if anyone has been allowed to come off pelvic rest if they made it to term? My previous pregnancies my water broke at home just a few hours after intercourse. Of course that could be coincidence but I really hope to go into labor naturally if I make it to term with this baby.
