Hair Salon Recommendations?

I’m in desperate need of a haircut, and i’m thinking of dying it darker, and I also have curly/curled/poofy hair. I’m a student so i can’t afford to break the bank, are there any hairdressers/salons near cannington or in the city that someone could recommend?
