How to get New Malpais, and Barrow Dyad?

I didn’t play during both seasons long enough to get the full upgrades for Barrow Dyad, and I didn’t play last (?) season to get New Malpais. I’m just wondering am I able to still get the upgrades for Barrow Dyad? And how do i go about that? Also, I checked the whole Monuments to the pst thing or whatever and I didn’t see New Malpais in there. Am i even able to get that now?
