How do i remove old blinds

Problem/Goal:Remove old blinds to replace new.

Goal: replace all the old blinds with new ones

Context: So I bought this korean blinds last June, my father and I had an agreement that, when this blinds arrive we will put the blinds, fast forward Dec, blinds is still not put up, so I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Now, I would like to seek advice on how to i remove our old blinds(yung horizontal type)

I have enough materials to remove this, I just don't know how.

Asking for advice as I no longer rely on my dad as he always do this.
