When did your baby stop grizzling so much??

My twins are 9 weeks old and one of them is so grizzly all the time. I can't get anything done. I feel so angry and frustrated when he's fussing even though he's fed, clean and rested. I know it's temporary, but it's so annoying. My first went through similar, but I can't remember when it stopped.
