Am I Bugged or Banned?

I've been looking all over the forums and googling many searches to no avail, I cannot queue for a game of any kind. Whenever I queue for a game it says "Match Found" but I'm never put into the game, not even training range. In-fact if I queue with another player they get into the match and see a person missing on the team because I was not put in the match. I even tried queuing on my account on someone ELSE'S computer in my house and still couldn't connect to a game.

It's been like this for MONTHS no matter what I reinstall, no matter what settings I tweak on my computer or router. Its getting to the point I'm afraid to reinstall Overwatch 2 just to realize I still can't connect to games. And to make it even worse? whenever I saw a forum with people having the same problem, there was no one saying anything except "yeah same".

I unfortunately missed many events because of this thing happening to me and I just wish I knew why.
