Advice: super itchy BT

Hi BT lovers, I’d love some advice on what has helped your BT with itchiness. My guy is 6 years old and just recently started to get very itchy ( scooting, following humans around for scratches… absolutely desperate). Since his itchy spell, I’ve changed his food ( all natural, fresh dog food), gotten him anti itch bath wash ( 1x week), and he’s been on probiotics since the tube he was a little pup. Any advice is appreciated before I take him to the vet. He has no change in appetite, just as playful as always, just super itchy! Thanks in advance!
