Going through TSA with a chemotherapy pump

Greetings TSA. I’m a cancer patient and will be flying home through a busy airport. I will be traveling with a battery powered IV pump in a waist pack which will be infusing chemo into a port under my collarbone.

My questions:

Should I just not go through the pre check line since this may slow it down?

How should I present for screening?
