Thoracic Disc Bulges

Hello I was wondering if anyone gotten good relief from thoracic disc bulges and what is the best approach to take? I see different options like pt, stretching, heat pads, waiting some time and bar hangs. Is minimally invasive procedure done for this if conservative treatment doesn’t work? Thanks for any tips or insight.
