Academic Probation / Getting Kicked out the Program/Faculty

I am a first year student in the faculty of science. I only have a 3 course load, and am doing TERRIBLY in all of them. I have about a 50%, 60%, and a 0-20% in another class. I suspect that I will fail, inevitably in a course that is a pre-requisite. While it does seem like the sciences are not for me, I was averaging above 95 in high school but due to mental health, needing to take a gap year, the struggle moving away from home and adapting to university, my grades plummeted. I know I can do a lot better, and will do better. I’ve already contacted my faculty about this, and the next steps I should take. But I was wondering if anyone was on the same boat, and what sort of sanctions that had to go through.
