How is working out going for you if you are over 32 weeks?
There's not been much I've enjoyed during this stupid ass preggo time but I have tried my damnest to stay physically capable. I have SPD on my left side but luckily no SI pain or other backpains - probably thanks to years of working out and being active.
I am so thankful for my life choices before this, I feel like they've contributed so much to my physical capability of the past 8 months. Not to glare from my ivory tower but I can't even imagine how shitty some inactive preggos probably feel.
I am now 35w and just finished a strength workout that included 10kg db snatches to single leg over head press. My balance is great, my lumbar control is great, I have strength in my upper body and fast movement changes ain't s*it. Feel like I could go heavier but I want to spare some energy for the rest of the day lol.
Then again, I do struggle a little with longer walks, 30min is my max because of the pressure against bladder and SPD. You win some you lose some eh?
How are you?
