Will I be able to tranfer PvE characters to a TBC PvP server?

I levelled some characters in hardcore and died, but i didn't want to play PvE server so I started playing on the PvP realm, I'm wondering if I'll be able to get my ex-hardcore characters on the same TBC server as my PvP characters or not. Thank you <3
