How are you doing to have so many wings ??

Hello, im new on the game (~2 weeks). I had 55 wings and I did the Eden yesterday so now I have like 10 wings (😢), I just got 7 candles to unlock the items from the spirits, so for me it’s impossible to have a lot of wings and a lot of items (also I’m always spending candles to have hearts so I’m poor too). So when I’m seeing players with A LOT of wings and super cool outfits I don’t understand how it is possible. Do we have to play since 5 years to reach that level or do we have to pay?? Thank you guys 😭😭
