4 Weeks in. Update. Male - 30 years old - 1,75m (5'9)

Hello, I just wanted to give a little update on how things are going for me, maybe it will motivate some of you to keep at it!

Exactly four weeks ago, on November 10, I decided to lose weight. All I did was count calories and stay under 1,800 calories every day. There was one day at the beginning (I think it was day 3) when I lost my motivation a little and ate about 3500-4000 calories, but otherwise the rest of the days were consistently under 1800 calories.

I started at 101.7 kg (224.2 lbs) and today, exactly 4 weeks later, I am at 94.1 kg (207.5 lbs).

I don't really do any sports. I might go for a walk (5-10 km) every 3-4 days, but otherwise I work as a paramedic. In my job, I'm on my feet a lot, walking around, and it can sometimes be a bit strenuous.

Other than that, there are no big secrets. I basically eat whatever I feel like, as long as I stay under 1800 calories. To be on the safe side, I take a multivitamin tablet to supplement in case I'm not getting enough nutrients.

Now in winter, I also take vitamin D, and omega-3 fish oil capsules have been recommended to me. That's all I take every day. I'm feeling really good now, and my stomach is quite flatter than 4 weeks ago.

My goal weight is around 75-77 kg (165-170 lbs).
