Constipation, Miralax doesn’t help.. desperate 😫

Help needed!! Our daughter has been suffering of constipation latest year. We started with Miralax 6 months ago which has made pooping painless however she poops small poops ALL THE TIME, which still look and smell like constipation-poop. We have increased her dosage from one bag per day to three bags per day, latest increase we did four days ago and still no improvement, the small poops keep coming. When to expect any improvement or should we give her more? 🥺 she weights 12 kg.

We are currently doing more allergy tests, she has dairy allergy already. Otherwise she eats a lot of fibre, pear etc, maybe she isn’t the greatest drinker but she still drinks somewhat ok. I’m just very tired over that our life currently circulates so much around her poop…
