Account blocked for AML review since Saturday - no human response yet, only auto-reply. Submitted all documentation. Running a gaming community donation system, provided receipts showing legitimate purchases. Day 4 now and community can't process anything.

Is 4+ days normal for account reviews? Anyone dealt with this?
