10 laksh lumpsum suggetion in this market for ?mid long term (5-8yrs )

Hi Guys I've started mutual funds last year overall xirr is 0.1% for

List fo my funds out of 100% & gains

• canara robeco small fund (25%) -5%
• Nippon growth mid cap(20%) +0.18
• Nippon multi cap (20%)-0.8%
• Nasdaq 100 (10%) +45%
• Uti momentum (10%)-11%
• parag flexi (5%) +8%
• icici short term (5%) +5%
• gold and silver / Elss (5%)

So I want to invest 10laksh now , should i park in icci shor term and slowly move funds or any better suggestion
