Help w Aadhaar/Sim related stuff

SOOOOOO i am in a conundrum. my adhaar is linked to my dad's number and my sim is linked to my dad's adhaar. see the issue?

obvious jinsa aaji mu jaiki adhaar ru number change kareibi but for the second issue, I'm kinda confused about 2 things:

1. is it possible to change linked adhaars on sim card (i have Jio)
2. or is it just better to change carriers to something like airtel (only if it's a better option)
