Request to print app icons before Christmas

Hello all!

My son is six years old and on the spectrum. He is absolutely obsessed with all things Apple. I was drawing a blank with what to wrap up for him for Christmas, but then I saw someone had 3d printed an app, and I immediately became obsessed with the idea of giving him some of these. Here are the details:

1. Location: Southern California (Long Beach area), USA
2. Any app icons (I will put a link to a free .stl file that has some in there)
3. Dimensions should be upscaled to about 105mm x 105mm (and whatever thickness is proportional).
4. Id be willing to pay (obviously) but need them prior to the 22nd of December.

Here is the website link to the .stl file I found. There are way more apps I’d love, but I don’t know how to make them into a 3d print file and I don’t expect a miracle that someone could take on this task in the given time frame.
