I have a crush on my neighbour

So for context she is in her 40 s and has had many problems with my family about certain things but she has always been nice to me no matter what. She has had many different partners including one that she plans to marry. It is just a little weird tho that when she hangs up her laundry because the property has no walls we share it, I feel like she deliberately hangs her underwear so I can see it and it’s made me go wild. So she also lives alone but is hardly ever at the house on the property seeing as she is currently staying at a new play with her lover. But she does still swing by every once or twice a week and it makes me go wild every time she is here. So I think that if she has cheated once before then how can one say that she won’t do it again with me ?
