Apartment in Sydney

I got approval for $600k loan on a single come. I'm looking to buy 2 bedroom apartment. Surprisingly, I have seen many 2 bedders listed in suburbs like Homebush West, Merrylands, Liverpool and they all look ok from the photos. That sounds too good to be true with housing crisis. Did anyone recently get a decent 2 bedders in Sydney? Thanks
