Is this a normal working environment?

A couple months ago I transferred to a drive thru store from a cafe as an SSV. Since then, I’m stressed out and anxiety ridden everyday because as a closer, there’s always something wrong or something to point out. I’m apparently not hard enough on baristas, my closes are never good enough, and everyone talks crap about me in the morning. Our SM is very controlling, micromanaging just about everything, interrogating me all the time about decisions I make and why I didn’t do something. It’s such a high stress environment and not at all what I’m used to. I feel like I’m absolutely terrible at my job because there’s little to no appreciation, just me being “coached” and group texts about the spot on the floor we didn’t mop. I have no write ups, and it doesn’t seem like I’ve done anything that’s not up to my role — I’m still an SSV, and nobody has told me otherwise. But everyday it feels like I’m going to be fired or written up for simply not being good.

I hate it here, I feel so stuck. I’m the only SSV who likes to take it easy, I don’t take things very seriously. Everyone else acts like everything is the most important thing in the world. I so badly want to quite entirely, or maybe just transfer to a cafe, or even demote. I am scared to bring it up because everything is just so tense as it is. As soon as I walk in to my shift I’m bombarded with all these tasks and questions and all I want to do is just start my routine. But it’s impossible.

Is this normal? Am I the one overreacting?
