Severe Bug for Complication with the Computronic

Just ran into a pretty severe Bug with my current playthrough of thus questline.

Essentially, after brokering a peace between Auntie and the Order, and fixing up the archive, I went to turn the quest into Ruth, but she bugs out and repeats her dialog from our first encounter, which has already resolved... loke.she hoitxhes through the wall and the whole shebang. The bug is brutal as it essentially makes the alliance not register at all and forced me to ally with the order.

Has anyone else had this Bug, and is there a way to resolve it, or is the save file just absolutely cooked?
