Need help with progressing my Blizz soso

As stated above, I’m currently level 86 with 505 MF. My routine is Pindle → CS → Travincal → Meph → Andy → Countess → Cows, and then I run maps without Fortitude.

I’m only struggling with maps and map bosses, what would you change first on my gear or my merc’s gear?
