Is this deal good for 1900$?

Gigabyte RX 9070 XT, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Patriot (2x16) 6000mhz CL30, Gigabyte B650M S2H, 1TB Kingston nvme 6000/4000, DeepCool LE520 ARGB 240 mm, and a deepcool case with 750w psu. I can upgrade the case to a better one later with 850w gold psu in it. I would love to get 5070ti but with the same specs it costs at least 400-500$ more and I'm not sure if it's worth it. In my country, cheapest 9070xt is around 800$ and 9800x3d is around 550$. This seemed good to me but I don't know much about pc's. I'd be happy if anyone could help.
