What would be your next step in my shoes?

Not the USA

TL;DR: I got eliminated in the behavioural step of Turkish Airlines' Take-off Cadet program. I'm here to get views from those more experienced than me on my next step becuase I don't want to waste time.

About me: 22 M; born, studied and currently in Turkey. graduated with an EEE degree a little less than 3 months ago. Pretty much immediately applied to the Take-off Cadet program. their process is notoriously slow, so all I've done since graduating was doing what they asked of me, and then waiting weeks for a response. The first real step, PACE-A, was a breeze. I think I might have even set an exam record for one of the parts. the second one and the only step I thought I might struggle with, PACE-B also went well, or so I thought.

After waiting for 2 weeks, last friday I got an email letting me know that I had been rejected on this step. What really surprised me was that someone else who I never would have thought would pass, passed that step and someone else who I was sure would pass, failed. I guess what I'm trying to say is I need to move on to the next step ASAP, I will reapply to TA once it opens but I also need to apply to more flight academies right now, I've done enough waiting already.

So my question is which academies/programs do I apply for? And will I need to travel/pay for their entry tests? I plan on working on being interviewed and group work / CRM in my downtime so I don't have a repeat of this failure.

The best part of this program was that they would cover the education costs and then take a cut of my paycheck for years down the line. I understand that's not the case for every program. I can take out a loan and pay that way, as long as I make it into the cockpit everything else can be taken care of.

I'm very open to the idea of studying abroad, I hear Canada and the US have very prestigious schools. Netherlands, Germany, Australia also. I'd work and live pretty much anywhere as long as it is as a pilot. Sorry if I sound scatterbrained or confused. I'm know once I'm in training I will make a good student and one day a good pilot but I don't know how to get my foot through the door yet.

Let me know your thoughts, and thanks in advance
