More Werewolf Questions

Sorry for yet another werewolf question. Just wanted to confirm: The werewolf's Wall Leap only allows the werewolf to jump 4 squares horizontally right?

Since the jump rules on p.269 of the Heroes book say that the default jump height is automatically 1 square, would that mean the werewolf can't use Wall Leap to jump 4 squares diagonally onto a platform 3 squares high?
