5 years Old Lenovo laptop isn't booting up , this laptop has been dropped 2 to 3 times first drop cause some the minor body cracks.
This one time the charging point stopped working I had it prepared from from the shop I bought it from( this was my first laptop and i was a young teenager so my dumbass didn't thought of taking it to Lenovo )after it came back from the shop I saw they had messed up one of the Hinges and one of the screws that goes into the under body but I used tape to fix the Hinge issue and after sometime I had dropped it from a table which caused it to sometimes flicker and even go black screen the flickering issue was easy to fix with the boot from power button but the black screen was a hit and miss as sometimes I had to press the power button for 5 to 10 minutes and it didn't boot up even then so I had to leave it for 2 to 3 days hope that it worked whenever I opened it.
In the past month the screen went blank and It didn't boot up again so had it check from the shop and they said they would fix it and it is a motherboard issue so after the fix this worked for only like 4-5 days and the issue occurred again but this time they said the can't fix it but when I opened it up I I saw a cable dettached I wanted to know what it is and I hope you can tell me that can I get it fixed or not and also could you help me locate the model number or serial number so that I could also contact Lenovo
