Why do people recommend Iron Eye to new/not so good players?

As the title says, I really don't understand why people recommend Iron Eye to someone that is having issues playing the game.

Like, I see people say "I die too much, what do you recommend?"

And many players recommend to play Iron Eye and stay safe in the back... Well in theory It makes sense, but in practice it's a big NO.

I mean, everyone has his own opinions, but cmon, how can you recommend to play Iron Eye, that has low hp, spams aggro on himself and that if u don't know when to attack and when to dodge, you are just going to always being targeted by the boss when shooting arrows.

His abilities too are easy to use and understand, in theory, but in practice, yeah the mark it's very useful to dodge, but apart from that, against bosses, they have to always keep the mark on and many players don't, they use it one time and let It end without making It last long enough to pop.

The ultimate too, if used at the right time it's very useful, since It can stagger and easily res tm8s, but at the wrong time u are just going to do 500dmg and that's It.

Iron eye is an easy to understand character and it's still probably the best character in the game, but It still needs a player that knows what he is doing to play It good.

I am free to see other opinions and even change my own!
