Birads 5 discordant results?

Hi all. I have previously posted about my long process so far, but I’m hoping to hear from people with a similar story and what they did. I found a lump, had an ultrasound and a mammogram (extreme dense breasts) two areas of concern found. One fibroadenoma and one with calcifications. Two biopsies done. 1 x fibroadenoma which was fine and 1x duct ectasia which was considered discordant as it showed no calcifications. MRI was then done and showed a birads 5 spiculated lesion with suspected neoplastic process. It looked to be in the same area as the calcifications. Had a stereo biopsy done and this showed benign calcifications, PASH and duct ectasia again. So matches mammogram but not showing a reason for spiculated lesion as per MRI in those biopsy results. Apparently this means another discordant result and potentially another biopsy. At this point I just don’t think I can do another one. I don’t know what to do from here. Has anyone been through anything similar and have advice?
