BCLK manually set to 100.000 or leave on auto?

I couldnt find much information about this, im on AM5 using Ryzen and I was confused if there was any difference from manually setting the base clock to 100.000 so it doesnt fluctuate or leaving it on auto. I originally set it manually because I heard it was more consistent that way, but on some bios' it can make your pbo not apply?
