Canon IP8720 Wireless any feedback?

Anyone have any tips or warnings about this printer?

A little bit of a backstory I was looking for an entry-level photo printer that would also do black-and-white document printing at a decent speed.

I wanted something that printed up to 13 x 19 but not professional level quality because that was out of my budget and probably above my skill set..
