Medical Examination's Confidentiality

Hello! We're applying for NZ visa and ofc one of the requirements is the medical examination from Saint Luke's. I'm wondering how confidential it truly is. My mom kasi is the sponsor for the visa, if nag pa med exam ako and decided to disclose na I'm taking an antidepressant medication, will my mom know? Or will the Licensed Immigration Advisor (which my mom knows personally) know? I'm of legal age naman. Will my sponsor get a copy of the results of the medical examination? 😔 I'm scared to disclose but I don't wanna lie.

Also, since I'll be taking the med exam with my other fam members, will we be in the same room during the "check up" or when the doctor ask questions? I'm really scared. I'd rather stop medicating and ghost my psychiatrist that let my parents know I'm taking antidepressants.
